If you are looking for a way to spread a single image across 2 or more monitors on a Mac, this App is great. I don’t have time to go into photoshop adjust resolutions, paste, etc.

This app makes it literally as easy as selecting a picture and saving. BAM - your chosen image is across multiple monitors. I’m glad this App exists!
